Scott V. Lundberg

Scott V. Lundberg is a registered patent attorney practicing in the areas of electrical, electronic and mechanical technologies. Registered as a patent attorney since 1996, Scott has represented numerous corporations in intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining IPLM Group, P.A., Scott practiced at the Minneapolis intellectual property law firms of Fogg & Powers, LLC for six years and Fogg Slifer Polglaze Leffert & Jay for two years. His areas of practice include drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications and drafting opinions relating to electrical, electronic systems and mechanical technologies. Examples of such technologies include power regulation circuits, voltage clamp circuits, radar systems, communication systems, navigation systems, semiconductor fabrication techniques and structures, memory devices and mechanical housings, retaining devices, guides and mounts. Prior to joining the Minneapolis intellectual property law firms, Scott served as a District Court Judge in the Court of Central Jurisdiction on the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Reservation for four years.

Scott earned his Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Cloud State University, concentrating in electronics and optics. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, served as a research assistant for Professor Carl Moy and won the intra-school section of the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association.
